1. Services

AK Glass and Windows provides residential and commercial glass and window services, including but not limited to:

  • Glass cutting, fitting, and repair

  • Window and door installation (aluminium, timber, security)

  • Shower screens, mirrors, wardrobes

  • Emergency glass replacement and commercial glazing

All services are subject to availability and a confirmed quote.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • Quotes provided are valid for 7–14 days (unless stated otherwise).

  • All prices are in AUD and may include or exclude GST depending on the quote.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain jobs.

  • Full payment is required upon completion of work unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or website form.

  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee if materials have been purchased or work has begun.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer warranties on workmanship where applicable. Warranty details will be included with your invoice.

  • AK Glass and Windows is not liable for damage caused by misuse, external impact, poor site conditions, or unauthorised modifications after installation.

  • All products and services are supplied under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Website Use

  • The content of this website is for general information and subject to change without notice.

  • Unauthorised use of this site or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or performance of any information on this website.
